I’m the guy on the ground throughout our builds. This means managing tradespeople, handling all the on-site scheduling, and making sure everything is going smoothly during construction.
If you had to give yourself an alternate job title that sums up what you do, what would it be?
Depends on the day. Sometimes, I’m a Chief Officer of Smooth Processes, other times I feel like a Cat Herder.

2021.
What do you love about your job?
Seeing months of hard work come together in the form of someone’s dream home is why I love what I do. Nothing beats seeing a client’s jaw drop when everything they imagined is suddenly in front of them in real life.
If you could have any view from your kitchen window, what would it be?
I grew up here in the Okanagan Valley and have never really felt the need to go somewhere else. If I could have a view from my home of the iconic lake and hills, I’d take every opportunity to soak it in so I don’t forget how lucky I am to have spent my life here.
What’s your favourite room in your house?
I love spending time in my garage. Like many of the clients we build homes for, I love having a private space to unwind and keep up with my hobbies and projects. It’s great to build out spaces like this for others—whether it’s a garage or a den or a home office.
